About TRUSS

There’s a void in the industry, and no one knows it better than we do. Because of this, we started TRUSS to help others fill that void. Our experienced, innovative, and dedicated team has the knowledge to help you. We’ve worked in the field from direct support to license holders of multiple locations, and we know the challenges a provider faces when trying to secure real estate. We are here to help.

In 2003, one of our business partners and his family were propelled into the disability services industry when his younger brother was in a car accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury. After spending 12 years in the industry, we decided to start an organization that could help the most vulnerable adults, who have historically had few options. When realizing the biggest barrier to supporting more individuals was real estate, we started TRUSS to solve that problem in hopes of supporting and empowering individuals to live their most independent life.
